Catholic Young Adults of Butler is open to 18-35 young adults a chance to come together to grow in their faith and for fellowship through different faith-based activities and social events. It doesn’t matter if you’re just graduating high school or college, been out of school for a few years, single, married, have kids….it doesn’t matter! All are welcome!, This ministry that started at St. Fidelis in June of 2014, and expanded to include St. Andrews, and the Butler City parishes (St. Paul, St. Michael the Archangel, and St. Peter) in February of 2015.
We gather at least once a month. Location may change depending on the activity for that evening, so pay attention to emails, Facebook, bulletins, and church announcements for meeting details. Usually, gatherings and topic discussion last 45 minutes then we usually go to a restaurant for food and drinks. If you have any questions or suggestions for the group please contact Fr. Anthony Sciarappa: firstname.lastname@example.org
Next Gathering: Wednesday, July 26th, 7pm at Butler Brew Works. With so much being said, read, and sold about the supernatural, it’s good to get a handle on what the Church actually teaches about ghosts, spirits, angels, Purgatory, and things that go “bump in the night.” Catholic Young Adults of Butler have invited Fr. Chris Mannerino to present “Seen and Unseen: The Church and the Supernatural.” Join us, and stay for beverages!
Comments or suggestions for upcoming gatherings, content and/or location, contact Fr. Anthony Sciarappa: email@example.com
College care package mailings will be late February and early May, 2017. Are you on the list? Contact Chris Williams to be sure: firstname.lastname@example.org
